Octoberfest Lager Beer Dough

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Summit Octoberfest lager
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • salt/pepper/active dry yeast

Sauce/Toppings:

  • 1/2 can Muir Glen organic tomato sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp Napa Valley Naturals olive oil
  • 1/2 can Graber olives (not bad for “out of a can”)
  • 1/2 can Reese quartered artichoke hearts (not the best)
  • 1 cup parmesan and asiago (and mozzarella next time)
  • 5 slices thin-cut Italian peppered salami
  • 1 handful Thai basil (it’s all we had–too mild, but still good)
